These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Eshop All Products website and your purchase of products through our online store. By accessing the website, browsing products, or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Website Use

You agree to use the Eshop All Products website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product names, descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and other information accurately. Product colors and appearance may vary depending on your device or display settings.

Product availability may change without notice. Eshop All Products reserves the right to correct product information or availability errors when identified.

3. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. Orders remain subject to product availability, order verification, and confirmation.

If an obvious pricing, product, inventory, or technical error affects an order, Eshop All Products may cancel or correct the affected order. Where appropriate, we will contact the customer regarding the affected order.

4. Cash on Delivery

Eshop All Products currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected when the order is delivered. We do not process credit card, debit card, digital wallet, or online banking payments through the website.

5. Delivery

Orders are prepared for delivery after confirmation. Standard delivery generally takes approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch, although actual delivery times may vary based on destination, product availability, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Customers should contact Eshop All Products before sending a product back.

Returned products should generally be unused, undamaged, and accompanied by original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and other applicable materials. Certain products may be excluded from returns due to their nature or other applicable restrictions.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Eshop All Products within 48 hours of delivery. We may request your order number, photographs, or other information necessary to review the issue.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after an eligible returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

Because Eshop All Products accepts Cash on Delivery only, an approved refund may be arranged through a verified bank transfer or another mutually agreed refund method.

9. Promotions

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to specific conditions, expiration dates, product restrictions, or minimum purchase requirements. Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, product information, and other materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit website content without appropriate authorization.
